Please fill out the form below to book in your reading, specifying which report you would like. I will then get back to you to let you know my availability. I kindly ask for a recent photograph of yourself to be sent to me along with your name, date, accurate time and place of birth. I will email you your reading as a PDF report and will let you know at the time of booking how long I estimate the turnaround time to take depending on my schedule.

Once I have confirmed availability, payment must be made in advance via PayPal or direct transfer. I will send you a payment request. This is insurance for my time completing the reading, which is many hours.
